About Us & Our Services
Everything you might want to know before getting in touch. Can’t see your question? Just ask.
What is UniFi, and why do you only work with it?
UniFi (by Ubiquiti) is a complete networking platform — WiFi, switching, security cameras, door access and phones — that all runs from one dashboard. We specialise in it because we've used it ourselves and for the businesses we've worked with, and it's genuinely reliable. By focusing on one platform instead of dabbling in everything, we know it inside out — so your system is designed and installed properly, not cobbled together.
What makes you different from a regular IT company?
Most IT firms treat networking as one item on a long list. It's the only thing we do. That focus means better design, cleaner installs and fewer problems down the line — and because we cover your whole network, cameras, door entry and phones, you get one specialist team instead of four separate contractors who blame each other when something breaks.
Are you qualified to install UniFi systems?
Yes — our work is backed by official Ubiquiti accreditation, so you're dealing with genuine specialists, not someone fitting UniFi occasionally. [
What can you install?
Complete UniFi systems across four areas: Network & WiFi, CCTV & video security, door access & entry, and business phones. You can take one, some or all — and because they share one platform, they work together seamlessly and are managed from a single dashboard.
Is UniFi right for a business my size?
Almost certainly. UniFi scales from a single-room office to a multi-building site, so it suits small and growing businesses just as well as larger ones. We design every system around your premises and your needs — you're never paying for more than you need, and it can grow with you.
Do you cover my area?
Yes — we work with businesses across the UK. Much of what we do can be monitored and managed remotely, and for anything hands-on we come to site. (Based in Northamptonshire)
Pricing, Getting Started & Support
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so we don't do off-the-shelf prices — a two-camera office and a full multi-building network aren't the same job. After a free review of your site, you'll get a clear, fixed quote with no hidden extras, so you know the full cost before anything begins.
What's a "free network review"?
It's a no-obligation look at what you need. We'll discuss your requirements, assess your premises, and explain what we'd recommend and why. If you decide to go ahead, great — if not, there's no cost and no pressure.
How do we get started?
Get in touch through our contact form or by email, and we'll arrange your free network review at a time that suits you.
What happens after the install?
We don't fit and forget. Once your system's live, we keep it healthy — monitoring it, applying updates, and stepping in when something needs attention. You get a system that keeps working, not one you're left to manage alone.
What are your support hours?
We provide business-hours support with rapid remote response. Most issues can be resolved remotely and quickly, and for anything that needs a visit, we'll arrange to come to site.
Are there ongoing fees or software licences?
You own all the hardware we install, and unlike some enterprise systems, UniFi doesn't charge mandatory per-device software licences. There are optional add-ons (such as advanced security and content filtering) if you want them, and our ongoing support is optional too — so you're in control of what you pay for.
